Way Library is pleased to announce the opening film in the 2014-2105 season of its Show Me the Movie contemporary film series. “The Secret Life of Walter Mitty,” based on James Thurber’s classic story and starring Ben Stiller and Kristen Wiig, will be shown at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 4 on the library’s lower level. Finding his real life tedious and dull, Walter Mitty (Ben Stiller) finds escape in daydreams filled with heroism, romance, and action. The threat of losing his job, however, inspires him to take action in reality, resulting in a true-life adventure beyond his wildest imagination.
