“We are elated about the launch of our new website. The opportunity to even further our customer service is extremely important to us,” said Meredith Sherman, owner of Sophia Lustig Shops. “We now have the chance to reach clientele at their complete convenience—whether they have moved out of town, have never visited our store and want a sneak peek, or just simply don’t feel like leaving the house, they have easy access.”
On Thursday October 30, Sophia Lustig Shops will be hosting a website launch party that will be held all throughout the day. There will be iPads and laptops available that customers can use to be walked through the new site and explore all of its features while asking any questions that they may have about navigation. There will be a champagne reception that same evening from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm to continue the celebration.
Some key features that guests will be able to explore, learn and ask questions about are the online concierge service, online dressing room and specialized shipping straight to patrons doorsteps, the ability to set-up and coordinate a dressing room online and then come try on their chosen items in store, and much more.
