Computer Training Company Recognizes Past WWII Board Member
For National Veterans Small Business Week, Your Computer Needs of Toledo, LLC would like to take the time to honor one of the company's first Board Members, Mr. Walter Hawkins. Posted is a picture of him when he served in World War II in the Army. Though he passed in October of 2011, he was one of the reasons why Your Computer Needs of Toledo, LLC got its start almost 10 years ago. After retirement from the TARTA Bus Company, he became one of the co-owners of Dodd's Data & Word Processing--a word processing and transcribing home-based business. Dodd's Data & Word Processing also performed virtual assistance tasks, way before the phrase "virtual assistance" came about.
For this, Your Computer Needs of Toledo, LLC thanks Mr. Hawkins for his input, guidance, and support when he was a Board Member. His memory will carry on in the midst of the company's motto--"Computer Training & MORE That Comes To You!"
