South Pacific Day Trip
A presentation of the Lourdes University Lifelong Learning program.
Travel to the famous La Comedia Dinner Theatre in Dayton for the infamous Broadway play South Pacific. Set on a tropical island during WWII, South Pacific tells the sweeping romantic story of two couples and how their happiness is threatened by the realities of war and their own prejudices. Considered by many to be the finest musical ever written, the score includes unforgettable classic songs by Rodgers & Hammerstein. La Comedia Dinner Theatre has been offering Broadway-style shows since 1975. For each production, talent is cast from auditions in New York City as well as in the Dayton area.
