Outstanding Senior Volunteer Awards
January 22, 2015 -- Medical Mutual of Ohio is seeking to recognize the area’s top senior volunteers.
Nominations are being accepted through February 18, for the Outstanding Senior Volunteer Awards that will be presented at the annual Northwest Ohio Regional Award Banquet, Thursday, April 2, at the Hilton Garden Inn in Perrysburg.
The top four award winners – Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze – will receive plaques and be considered for top honors at the Statewide Awards luncheon in Cleveland in May.
All honorable-mention honorees will be recognized at the luncheon. The winners and honorees can also invite representatives from their organizations to the free luncheon.
Nominees must be at least age 60 and actively engaged in a volunteer activity for one year or more. Candidates must be nominated by an organization such as a hospital, nonprofit group, church or school. Nominating organizations may submit only one nomination.
