Public Meeting - Toledo Gateway Public Art Project
On behalf of the City of Toledo’s 1% for Art Program, The Arts Commission is working with The City of Toledo, The Ohio Department of Transportation, URS and a number of other parties on infrastructure enhancement and redesign for the proposed Anthony Wayne Trail, Erie and Lafayette Gateway Project. In 2013 we published a request for qualifications, which generated over 130 submissions from all over the world.
Through an extensive design review and interview process, the design team of Laura Haddad and Tom Drugan of Seattle, Washington has been selected from this pool for this exciting new project.
We would like to invite you to join us in The Green Room at The Toledo Museum of Art on Thursday, February 26th at 5pm to meet the artists and provide input that will inform their work.
