Project Homeless Connect
Project Homeless Connect (PHC) is a one-day, one-stop shop for the homeless, providing services, support and quality of life resources. The event focuses on community partnerships and volunteers all striving for one goal: TO END HOMELESSNESS. We will provide immediate access to housing, employment, health coverage, welfare benefits, veteran's benefits, transportation, counseling, triage, meals and much more!
Transportation will also be provided by PHC providers who will be visiting the downtown area and the local shelters. Please call 419-241-9360 for more information.
