Next Level Leadership Workshop
The Next Level Leadership program is a new professional development program for church and parish leaders targeting the unique obstacles and ceilings encountered in the church setting.
Church and parish leaders can now sign up for a Next Level Leadership Workshop that runs Monday, August 1 through Thursday, August 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily in the Canticle Center, Room 150 at 5335 Silica Drive in Sylvania.
The workshop is designed to provide pastors and other church leaders with the knowledge, skills and ability to make strategic decisions and become effective leaders and managers. Morning and Afternoon sessions and topics are scheduled each day. Topics are listed on the webpage at www.lourdes.edu/parishleaders.
Presenters and Facilitators:
Dr. Rupert Loyd Jr.
A Lourdes University Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) associate professor, Dr. Loyd currently holds the post of Teaching Pastor at Mayfair-Plymouth church in Toledo and serves as a church consultant and leadership coach for Church Doctor Ministries, an international church consulting firm.
Dr. Luann Brodbeck
For more than 15 years, Dr. Brodbeck has taught in the Lourdes MOL program and has developed curriculum for online and face-to-face courses at the undergraduate and graduate level.
*Cost is $1,250 per person and includes books, lunch each day and personal coaching.
