New Year's Eve Dinner Party
This All-Access NINE New Year's Eve Dinner Party begins with a five-course meal paired with drinks and specialty cocktails at NINE Restaurant. It continues after dinner throughout the night with an all-access pass to all of the New Year's Eve party spaces in Hensville. Dress is Black & White and Semi-Formal.

1st Course – Small Bites Built for Two
>Fava bean spread / goat’s milk feta / grilled cubanelle peppers / olives / naan
2nd Course – Soup
>Fire roasted squash and calabrese bisque
3rd Course – Choice of two salads
>Butternut and Beet salad / gorganzola / candied almonds / roasted trumpet mushroom / red wine vinaigrette
>Baby kale caesar / creamy parmesan dressing / aged gouda / brioche croutons
4th Course – Choice of four plates (fish, beef, chicken, vegan)
>Pan fried White Bass / sweet potato hash / green pea soup
>Pan Roasted Beef Tenderloin / French braised onions / mushroom-herb goat cheese / marrow butter sauce
>Bourbon Maple Fried Chicken / sweet potato biscuit / white bbq sauce / pickled watermelon
>Sauteed green beans in Romesco / roasted trumpet mushroom / smoked Yukon potatoes / Chimichurri sauce
5th Course – Choice of two desserts
>Kalua cheesecake with peppermint honey sauce
>Rolled chocolate spongecake with flambe cherries
