Power of Yesteryear – HCEA 2017 Antique Power Show

On Saturday, September 16th and Sunday the 17th, the National Construction Equipment Museum is hosting the Antique Power Show at its facility at 16623 Liberty Hi Road in Bowling Green.

The Show features Power of Yesteryear’s antique agricultural equipment with demonstrations of threshing, tillage, and – crop conditions permitting – corn picking and shelling. Antique construction machines from the Museum’s collection of over 130 pieces will be demonstrated, and on Saturday only we’ll also have trucks from the Black Swamp Chapter of the American Truck Historical Society.

Show hours are 9 to 5 Saturday and 9 to 3 Sunday. Admission is free, and includes the Museum’s exhibits. There is also no charge for exhibiting. Contact the HCEA at 419-352-5616 or tberry@hcea.net for further information.

The Historical Construction Equipment Association (HCEA), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization founded in 1986, is the only organization in the world dedicated to preserving and documenting for public education the history of the construction, dredging and surface mining equipment industries.
