Join the Eleanor N. Dana Cancer Center at The University of Toledo Medical Center to learn management skills for caregivers.
Caring for a family member or friend is not easy, nor is it something most of us are prepared to do. It is often stressful, and coping can become extremely challenging. Janet Miller, licensed professional clinical counselor at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, will discuss stress management and self-care, especially caregivers and those who are not yet caregivers. She will also will share tips on how to survive and thrive during difficult life situations
