Bridgestone to Host Car Care Academy in Toledo on May 21

WHAT: Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) has partnered with the Toledo Police Patrolman’s Association to host a free car demonstration class in Toledo – just in time for National Tire Safety Week (May 20 – 27) – to teach drivers how to prevent the preventable accidents occurring from unsafe tires.
WHEN: Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
WHERE: Firestone Complete Auto Care, 1453 S Byrne Rd, Toledo, OH 43614
WHO: The academy is free and open to the public. Members of Toledo Police Patrolman’s Association will be in attendance.
WHY: Toledo has one of the highest rates of flat tire repairs of anywhere in the United States. Compared to the national average of 9 percent, Toledo scored a staggering 14 percent in flat tire repairs versus other automotive services.
