Music at the Market Featuring The Lori Lefevre Quintet

Lori Lefevre is a well- known jazz singer throughout the Midwest region, with several successful CD's to her credit.  She is a jazz voice instructor at Hillsdale College, and a member of the vocal jazz ensemble, 6th Edition.  Her distinct singing style has been compared to Ella Fitzgerald, Nancy Wilson, and Sarah Vaughn.   Lori will be performing  with a group of highly regarded musicians, all with impressive individual musical careers.  Guitarist Chris Buzzelli recently retired from the jazz faculty at Bowling Green State University, where he was Professor of Guitar and Jazz Studies, director of the Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and founding director of the New York Voices Vocal Jazz Camp, Kevin Eikum is a bassist for the Toledo Jazz Orchestra, and is also a member of 6th Edition.  Scott Kretzer, on drums is a sought-after performer and teacher on the faculty of Heidelberg College.  Kevin Korecki on keyboard is part of the jazz trio Straight Up and remembered from his days in the popular dance band, Touched.
