Franklin Park Mall’s COSMECON Event Invites Attendees to Be Their Best Self
TOLEDO, Ohio — September 9, 2021 —Franklin Park Mall is hosting CosmeCon, a one-day event full of beauty, fashion and fun on Saturday, September 18, from 11 am - 2 pm.
Center Court will glimmer and glow with activities, including make-up demonstrations, goodie bags, charitable causes and more! “Live” mannequins will model fall fashions in storefronts, plus interactive make-up and hair demonstrations will educate and entertain. Instagram friendly backdrops will be located throughout the center and hourly giveaways will reward random winners.
“CosmeCon is designed to empower attendees to be their best selves,” said Casey Pogan, General Manager at Franklin Park Mall. “From beauty guidance and creative expression to collecting donations for women in need, the center will be filled with uplifting and positive experiences for all.”
Activities begin at 11 am and the first 150 shoppers to visit Center Court will receive a goodie bag full with samples from participating retailers. Throughout the day attendees will learn the latest in beauty trends and tips from several of the most talented make-up artists in the area. Attendees are encouraged to bring a donation for the Aurora Project to help empower local women on their journey to independent living.

Good Deeds
Helping others is a sure way to feel good from the inside out. Bring a donation to support the Aurora Project and help local women and their children working towards independence. Aurora Project was established in 1986 to provide service enriched housing to homeless women and their children. Requested donations include diapers, pull-ups, toilet paper, paper towels dishwashing liquid, dryer sheets alarm clocks, alarm clocks, disinfectant spray, bleach wipes, latex gloves – size M/L, powdered laundry detergent, umbrellas, tissues, bleach, shampoo/conditioner.

Gather your girlfriends for a “groupie” and take a snapshot at one of the selfie stations throughout the mall and tag #findmeatfranklinpark on social media to spread the love!

Preview fall’s hottest fashions on live mannequin models from Starbound that will be showcased in storefronts throughout the center.
