Noches de las Velitas – Night of Candles
On Tuesday evening December 7th at 6:30pm, St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Catholic Church located at 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd. Toledo, Ohio will be celebrating Night of Candles which is Traditionally Columbian and South American celebration called Noche de las Velitas. We will have a procession from the parking lot into the sanctuary of the Church, where we will pray; praise and preach about the importance of the Blessed Mother in the life of the World, the Church and in our own lives.
All are welcome to join us for this wonderful celebration from 6:30pm – 8:00pm in the Sanctuary. As St. Patrick of Heatherdowns continues to celebrate the universality of the Catholic Church, we continue with our celebration of the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary on Wednesday December 8th, as well as our Bi-Lingual mass at 11:30pm on Sunday December 12th as we celebrate the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe; again all are welcome to join us in celebration of our faith.
