Danberry Celebrates 13% Surge in Sales Volume
(Toledo, OH) -- On February 10th, the Danberry Co. celebrated its 60th Annual Business Meeting at the Renaissance Hotel. 2021 was a monumental year in the real estate industry and Danberry achieved its highest sales volume in company history— $1,155,162,170, up 12.9% from 2020. Danberry’s 343 agents sold more than 5,500 homes in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan last year.
Danberry has been the region’s market leader since 1981. In the most current national rankings, Danberry is ranked #147 in closed transactions for real estate companies nationwide. For independent brokerages, Danberry is #52 in the country for closed transactions.
During the 60th Annual Business Meeting, the real estate brokerage emphasized the importance of giving back to your community. Danberry raised $131,448 through its Annual Treasure Chest Golf Outing and sponsorship of Solheim After Sundown with proceeds benefiting the ProMedica Russell J. Ebeid Children’s Hospital. The company also generated nearly $65,000 in revenue for local businesses through its ongoing LoLo Program. This partnership allows Danberry agents to send their clients gifts that can be redeemed at small businesses in the area. In addition, Danberry announced the return of the Treasure Chest Dinner Auction, the company’s largest annual fundraiser, on Thursday, October 20th, 2022 at the Seagate Convention Center.
