Light The Way Scholarship Foundation - Mental Health Scholarship Program
As you know May is mental health awareness month and we at Light The Way Scholarship Foundation invite you to join us at our spring fundraising event for 2022. The purpose of this event is to raise funds for scholarships, mental health counseling, and student support services for our scholarship award recipients. Last year we were able to provide scholarships and support to five students. With your help this year we would like to be able to increase that number!
Our fundraising event will be held on May 7th from 6-10 p.m. @ The Bunker Bar Banquet Hall, 1950 Eber Rd., Holland, Ohio. Entry for the event is $25 at the door. Food and a free non-alcoholic beverage are included with admission. Entertainment will be provided by DJ BroD in addition to a photo booth, silent auction and 50/50 raffles.
The focus of this event is to raise community and campus awareness as well fundunding for our scholarship program. Mental health professionals will be available to answer questions. Mental health/suicide prevention/bullying awareness items will also be available for purchase.
