Music at the Market Presented by Mercy Health to Launch Season with Music by Hepcat Revival

 

Music at the Market Presented by Mercy Health will kick off the outdoor summer concert season on Thursday, June 2 at 7:00 p.m. with the high energy music of Hepcat Revival.  The series will continue every Thursday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. through August 25 on the Commodore Schoolyard lawn, 140 E. Indiana Avenue.  Concert goers are encouraged to bring a chair of blanket. 

 

The Perrysburg based Hepcats have been together almost 25 years and are well known for their energetic performances of jump blues and swing music that will keep toes tapping and fingers snapping as concert goers listen to music from the likes of Louis Prima, Big Joe Turner, Cab Calloway as the as Hepcat original arrangements. Band members include Greg Tye, vocals; Ken Zuercher, guitar; Pete Ford, keyboards; Vince Krolak, trumpet; Stan George, saxophone; Tom Ritter, bass guitar and Travis Knepper, on drums.
