Leadership Toledo Hosts 18th Annual Community Breakfast Fundraiser: Proceeds Support Local Leadership Development Programs

On Thursday, October 13th Leadership Toledo will host the 18th annual Community Breakfast Fundraiser to support the organization’s spectrum of high-impact programming for both emerging and experienced leaders. These programs immerse local high school students and adults in leadership development opportunities while introducing them to the needs, highlights, and challenges of the Toledo community.
Executive Director, Anna Toney, states, “Leadership Toledo inspires lifelong community involvement in our participants of all ages and cultures by connecting them to people, knowledge, experiences and opportunities within the Toledo region. We are delighted and humbled to share the impact our programs have had over the last 42 years, and look forward to striving for even more in the coming decades.”
A full house of more than 500 community leaders are slated to gather in the ballroom of the newly renovated Glass City Center for breakfast, networking, and the opportunity to hear from alumni of Leadership Toledo’s programs who will highlight their own experiences since being involved with the organization.

- Horizon White, Student, Jones Leadership Academy of Business
- Janet Whitney, Student, Toledo Early College
- Angelica Johnson, Like Me Program Coordinator, Lourdes University
- Luke Sims, Executive Director, RallyCap Sports
