Community Survey for Strategic Planning

The Mental Health & Recovery Services Board of Lucas County is undergoing its 2023-2026 Strategic Planning process. 
To inform this plan, we would like to understand the stakeholder perspective of opportunities and challenges currently facing the board. 
Please lend your voice to the survey and share it with your networks. 
The themes that emerge from this survey will be explored in more detail during a Community Summit held on December 14, 2023. If you'd like to attend the summit, please provide your email address so we can provide you with the details.
