Braden United Methodist Church to host Mind, Body & Soul Health Fair
Toledo, OH- Braden United Methodist Church will present a community health wellness fair on Saturday, February 11th from 9-3 pm in the church auditorium located at 4725 Dorr St. This event is FREE for family, friends and the community of all ages. No registration is required.
The Mind, Body and Soul Health Fair will provide resources, tools and training to live healthier. Attendees will receive personal, confidential health screenings; interact with health and wellness representatives from local community organizations;v and engage in fitness activities and demonstrations while enjoying healthy snacks. Children can join in the fitness fun and make crafts in the children’s corner. Door prizes and freebies will be given away throughout the health fair.
Free health-related seminars will include financial literacy with Lamont Stewart and Spiritual Relationships for Singles with Dr. Hancock. These resources and screenings will help guests learn how to manage their personal health and improve their overall quality of life. The hope is that the Mind, Body & Soul Health Fair will motivate the community to make health a priority for themselves and their family.
