What: 6th Annual YWCA Business Success Summit, the theme this year is “B.O.S.S. Build On Self Success”
When: Friday March 31st and Saturday April 1st

Why: The YWCA Child Care Business Success Summit is an opportunity to connect child care program owners and administrators with professional business training, products, services, and expertise related to their specific field of business.
Attendees can participate in Ohio Approved business training presented by national and international child care business experts, while earning state required professional development hours. Keynote speakers for the event include: Caroline Jens, owner of Child Care Biz Help and Kay Fittes, CEO of High Heeled Success, LLC. Sessions include a wide range of topics such as staff recruitment and retention, strategies for financial success, and developing your leadership mindset. A wide variety of vendors will also be present to provide local resources, professional services and exciting shopping opportunities. Attendees will be able to network with other success-minded child care business owners in Ohio.
