The students in grades K-6 attending Imagine Madison Avenue School of Arts spent their first five weeks of summer vacation with targeted reading and math intervention in small groups with licensed teachers and daily STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) adventures too! Some of the STEM units included planting seeds and helping them grow, learning about and erupting volcanoes, deciphering physical and chemical changes through fun experiments, building their own solar ovens to make and enjoy smores and little pizzas using energy from the sun, diving into extreme weather, and will cap the program off THIS THURSDAY with their annual rocket launch! Each child will work all week to build their very own ROCKET that they will launch at the school during our event.
You are invited to come and check out the program any time this week – Monday- Thursday 9:00-2:00 each day! The rocket launches will take place:
