1. Must be a high school or college student with a valid student ID
2. Must reside or attend school in Lucas, Wood or Monroe counties
3.  Must have a valid Drivers License

Registration closes promptly at 1:00 pm on August 26th and the winners will be chosen here  at Joe’s in real time and via live stream. You do not have to be present to win. If you are unable to attend we will call you if your name is drawn.
