SWANTON, OH, August 24-27, 2023 – The Good Times Motorcycle Show is revving up to deliver a weekend full of high-octane fun, taking the party back to the glory days of the 70's & 80's. The event will be held at Griffin Hines Farm, located at 3950 South Berkey Southern Road, Swanton, OH 43558, from August 24th to August 27th, 2023.
Chop Machine Cycle and Stone Cold Groove Productions, the coordinators of this event, promise a jam-packed schedule that includes motorcycle games, dirt drag races, concerts, food trucks, and much more. The event is cash only, so attendees are advised to come prepared although an ATM will be on site.
"Good Times Motorcycle Show is all about the spirit of camaraderie and the love of motorcycles," says Michael Schrickel, Event Organizer. "We're bringing back the essence of the old-school biker rallies with a mix of choppers, rock-n-roll, camping, and partying."
The event kicks off on Thursday with dirt drag races and motorcycle games, including Kickstart Races, Weenie Bite, and Ring Toss. Helmets are required for all racing events. Event-goers can look forward to live music from bands such as Uncle Monty, Rusted Reserve, Wolftooth, Left Lane Cruiser, and Laid Back Country Picker.
Event merchandise, including Good Times Motorcycle Show T-Shirts, will be available at the Merchandise Tent. Attendees can also purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win one of two Honda CRF50F motorcycles, with drawings on Friday and Saturday at 7pm.
On Saturday, August 26th, the highlight of the weekend, The Good Times Chopper Show, will take place. Registration opens at 12pm, and judging begins at 3pm. Prizes and trophies will be awarded in categories like Best Chopper, Best in Show ($500 prize), Best Paint, Best Import, and Best Cruiser.
The event is generously sponsored by Chop Machine Motorcycles, Old Bike Barn, LED Sled Customs, WhiteKnuckler Brand, Biltwell Inc, Cycle Source, Lowbrow Customs, Custom Destruction, Baker Drivetrain, Chop Cult, and Road Hawk Magazine.
Ticket purchase options include event and camping packages. Children under the age of 12 are admitted for free. Attendees can purchase tickets at the gate or save time by buying them online.
