Ohio State University Marching Band to Perform in Rossford
The Ohio State University Marching Band will stop in Rossford, Ohio on its way up to the Ohio State versus Michigan football game for a special concert. It will take place Friday, November 24, at 7:00 p.m. at Rossford High School, hosted by the Ohio State Alumni Club of Wood County and Rossford Schools.
The 228-member all brass and percussion marching band is known as the “Pride of the Buckeys” and will perform music from their 2023 halftime shows along with many traditional Buckeye favorites. Two of the band members performing are from Lucas County.
Tickets for the concert are $25 for adults, $15 for students and available at: https://rebrand.ly/osubandrossford. Seating is general admission and tickets are limited.
This concert only happens every four years. All proceeds from the event support the Ohio State Alumni Club of Wood County endowed scholarships for Wood County students and The Ohio State University Marching Band. In the past 44 years this event has raised more than $300,000 providing more than 150 scholarships to Wood County students.
