Toledo Hemp Center to Distribute 420 Hemp Pizza Slices at Annual Free Party on April 20th
Toledo, OH - April 20, 2024 11am-5pm -- The Toledo Hemp Center is set to dish out 420 slices of nutritious and flavorful hemp heart topped pizza at its annual Free Hemp Pizza Party. The local cannabis business, known for its decade-long dedication to enlightening the community about the nutritional benefits of the hemp plant, has organized this event as a tasty testament to its mission. The hemp heart, found inside the hemp seed like the inside of a sunflower seed, is a potent source of protein, fiber, vitamin E, zinc, Omega-3, and Omega-6 fatty acids, providing both anti-inflammatory and heart health benefits.
The pizza party will kick off at 11pm and continue until all 420 slices have found hempy homes. In addition to the delectable hemp pizza, attendees will also enjoy a variety of vendor offerings from Hippie Love Apothecary, Kathy's Clay Things, Ganja Soap, Grandma's Beauties, Clearly Weird, and Two Boys Candy LLC. Attendees can look forward to musical entertainment by Just Sing Toledo Karaoke from high noon till 2pm.
This event is not just a celebration of hemp, but a collaboration of local businesses that believe in its benefits. Serenity Realty, 5 Pints Bar & Grille, Hammer's Grille, Kickstand Saloon, Daffy's Bar & Grille, PlusCBD Oil, J & P Solutions, and Friends of Toledo Hemp Center have all teamed up to make the pizza party possible. The Polish Ostrich Tavern will be supplying the 420 slices of pizza to be given away.
