On Saturday, May 25, the National Museum of the Great Lakes invites visitors to go behind-the-scenes inside our Museum vessels during our Hard Hat Tours, presented by John and Barbara Burson. Enjoy an exclusive opportunity to explore spaces not open to the general public via guided small group tours of the Col. James M. Schoonmaker Museum Ship and the Museum Tug Ohio. Registered participants will uncover the inner workings of the boats by visiting “hard-hat only” locations.
Tours are $50 for NMGL members and $65 for non-members. Each tour lasts approximately 2 hours and groups are limited to 8 individuals per tour, so advance registration is required. For more information visit nmgl.org/events or call 419-214-5000.
