Join the Celebration of Financial Empowerment at BetterInvesting’s 47th Annual Northwest Buckeye Chapter Meeting

Toledo, Ohio – The Northwest Buckeye Chapter of BetterInvesting invites the public to its 47th annual meeting on June 25, 2024. This complementary event is open to all who aspire to enhance their financial well-being and build wealth for the future.

About the meeting: The Northwest Buckeye Chapter (NWBC), regional arm of the national nonprofit, BetterInvesting, is proud to serve investment clubs across Northwest Ohio. Our coverage spans from Sandusky to the Indiana border, and from Michigan to Grand Lake, St. Mary’s, supporting clubs in Toledo, Bowling Green, Fremont, Findlay, Defiance, Archbold, and others.

The evening will kick off at 6:00 PM with a networking opportunity at the “Meet and Greet” session, followed by the main program at 6:30 PM. Highlights include the unveiling of this year‘s Dream Portfolio Contest winners, and a tribute to our Anniversary Clubs, including the Madison Associates celebrating 60 years, the Blue Chip Investment Club and the Fort Findlay Finance Club, both celebrating 55 years, the Take Stock Investment Club (35 years), and the WISE Investment Club (25 years).

Special guests:

Ken Zendel, CEO of BetterInvesting will grace the event with his presence offering remarks and presenting personalized anniversary certificates.

Professor Shawn Tysiak, Senior Lecturer of Finance at UT, will deliver the Keynote address titled “Managing Your Retirement Portfolio”, sharing insights on safeguarding your investments, and ensuring a lasting retirement fund.
