Tree 3 Performs Lunchtime Concert for Wednesday at Woodlands Concert Series

Wednesday at Woodlands lunchtime concert continues Wednesday, June 19 from noon to 1:00 p.m.  with a performance by Tree 3 in the Woodlands Park shelter area, located at 429 E. Boundary Street.  The series will continue every Wednesday through August, offering a perfect midweek musical retreat.

 

Concert goers are encouraged to bring their own chairs for comfort. For those enjoying lunch during the performance, picnic tables are available in both sunny and shaded areas. 

Tree 3 has garnered a dedicated local following with their unique blend of smooth jazz and contemporary influences.  The duo features emerging jazz vocalist Caroline McGuckin and accomplished musician John Barile.  Together they create a seamless fusion of old and new musical styles.

  

Caroline McGuckin's mezzo-soprano voice, rich with soulful expression, evokes the timeless allure of legendary singer Billie Holiday.  Her emotional delivery resonates with audiences of all ages.  John Barile, a seasoned musician with over three decades of experience, perfectly complements Caroline's talents.  His versatility shines through with a range of instruments including guitar, mandolin, ukulele, Native American flutes, and his own melodious vocals.
