Baskets of Care and The Victory Center Present the 7th Annual Event: Intimacy & Cancer A Frank Discussion for Women Survivors
TOLEDO, OH — Baskets of Care and The Victory Center are proud to present the 7th Annual Intimacy & Cancer event, a frank and open discussion tailored for women cancer survivors. This free event will take place on Tuesday, August 20th, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at The Victory Center, with doors opening at 5:30 PM. Women who have been diagnosed with any type of cancer, whether currently in treatment or post-treatment, are encouraged to attend. This event offers a safe and supportive space to discuss all aspects of intimacy during and after the cancer journey, including emotional intimacy and body acceptance. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and share concerns both openly and anonymously.

Men’s Intimacy Group: We invite male partners or spouses of the women attending the main event to join this group, led by Ben Hoffman, LISW. This session will focus on sharing support and ideas, providing a unique opportunity for men to engage in meaningful discussions.
Please Note: Due to the sensitive nature of the discussion, children and spouses/partners are not permitted to attend the main Intimacy & Cancer event. Men are encouraged to register for the Men’s Intimacy Group.
Refreshments will be served during this special evening. Space is limited, so early registration is recommended.
