Adult Chronic Illness Peer Support Group

Promedica NeuroScience Center is starting an Adult Chronic Illness Peer Support Group to take place the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:00 pm.  The goal of the group is for those managing life with a chronic illness to have additional support, a place to share their experiences, coping and resources while having access to speakers who will provide additional resources and education.  It is FREE and open to the community.  Caretakers are always welcome.
