Toledo, OH – Pizza Cat, the beloved Midwest-born pizza chain known for its creative, weirdly delicious pizzas and inclusive menu options, is excited to announce the opening of its newest carryout location at 1801 McCord Road this FRIDAY DECEMBER 20TH This grand opening marks another milestone in Pizza Cat’s commitment to serving fresh, innovative pizza while fostering community connections.
Founded by entrepreneur Matt “LeCat” Wojtowicz, Pizza Cat has grown into a fan-favorite for those looking for unique pizza combinations, keto and vegan-friendly options, and a fun, quirky atmosphere. Matt, a serial entrepreneur turned pizza pioneer, created Pizza Cat to break the mold of traditional pizza shops.
“Pizza should be fun, weird, and for everyone,” said Matt Wojtowicz. “We’re thrilled to bring Pizza Cat to McCord Road and continue our tradition of offering delicious, out-of-the-box flavors while staying connected to the communities we serve.”
In celebration of the McCord Road grand opening, Pizza Cat is partnering with Paws and Whiskers Cat Shelter, a local organization dedicated to rescuing and finding homes for cats in need. For a limited time, customers can enjoy special grand opening deals while supporting the shelter. A portion of proceeds from the grand opening day sales will be donated to Paws and Whiskers to help fund adoption services, shelter supplies, and care for the cats.

- A “Pizza for Paws” promotion, where $1 from every specialty pizza sold will benefit Paws and Whiskers.
