Kripke Enterprises Invests in Employees’ Futures with Innovative Homebuyer Assistance Program with Sun Federal Credit Union

Toledo, OH – Kripke Enterprises, Inc. is redefining employee benefits with an innovative homebuyer assistance program designed to help employees achieve the dream of homeownership. Partnering with Sun Federal Credit Union, the company offers financial support and education to make homeownership more accessible for its workforce.

The program includes homebuyer education workshops hosted by Sun Federal Credit Union at Kripke’s headquarters on Central Ave. Employees also receive up to $2,500 in matching funds for a down payment and an additional $100 monthly principal contribution for three years—making it one of the most comprehensive employer-driven homeownership initiatives in the country.

Unlike traditional benefits, Kripke’s program extends beyond just financial assistance; the Financial Education Series provides employees with the knowledge, support, and confidence to navigate the homebuying process. The initiative has already helped five employees purchase their first home, with several more on the path to homeownership.
