Parkinson Foundation of Northwest Ohio Announces the Return of the Annual Parkinson’s Symposium

MAUMEE, OH – After a five-year hiatus, the Parkinson Foundation of Northwest Ohio (PFNWO) is proud to announce the return of the highly anticipated Annual Parkinson’s Symposium. This free, full-day event will take place on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Parkway Place, 2592 Parkway Plaza, Maumee, Ohio.

Designed to provide invaluable education and resources to individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, their families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, the symposium will feature presentations from leading Parkinson’s disease experts from Northwest Ohio. Attendees will have the opportunity to gain insight into the latest research, treatment options, and strategies for living well with Parkinson’s.

“We are thrilled to bring back the Annual Parkinson’s Symposium after a five-year absence,” said Jeremy Hartle, President of the Parkinson Foundation of Northwest Ohio. “This event is an incredible opportunity for the community to learn from local experts and connect with others impacted by Parkinson’s disease. Our mission is to empower and educate, and we are excited to offer this comprehensive program at no cost to attendees.”

The symposium will include keynote presentations, interactive sessions, and opportunities to connect with local support networks and resources. Breakfast and light refreshments will be provided.

Admission is free, but registration is encouraged to ensure adequate seating and materials.
