A Night of Art, Culture, and Creativity Comes to Life in Toledo
Toledo, OH – BESN X Community is proud to present Artoon Network: The Cartoon Art Show, a vibrant celebration of animation, community, and creative expression, taking place Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 7:30 PM to 11:00 PM at the Sofia Quintero Art & Culture Center, located at 1222 Broadway Street, Toledo, OH.
This one-of-a-kind spring art show and vendor market brings together artists, youth creators, and pop culture enthusiasts for a night of cartoon-inspired artwork, retro and modern video games, live music, tapas, local vendors, and interactive exhibits. The event celebrates storytelling and creativity while uplifting youth voices in the arts.
“We wanted to create an immersive experience that connects generations through art and culture,” said Timothy Fields, Executive Director of BESN X Community. “Artoon Network is more than an art show — it's a celebration of community, imagination, and youth empowerment.”
The event is made possible with generous support from Humana, Anthem, Buckeye Health Plan, Johnny Cupcakes, the City of Toledo, and DimSum Comics. A portion of food and beverage sales — including a taco bar and tamales — will support BESN X Community’s creative youth programs in Toledo and beyond.
