Reins or Shine: The Horse You Rode in On Performs for Wednesday at Woodlands
Wednesday at Woodlands continues Wednesday, June 11 from noon to 1:00 p.m. with a dynamic performance by The Horse You Rode in On. Concerts take place in the Woodlands Park shelter area, 429 E. Boundary Street, Perrysburg. Bring a chair, or pack a lunch and eat at one of the many picnic tables available in both shade and sunshine while listening to a performance that promises to be as musically rich as it is easygoing and fun.
Led by longtime Toledo musician Dave Stella, this seasoned quartet brings together blues, jazz, and rock influences. The quartet is distinguished by expressive solos, soulful vocals, and interpretations of music by Tedeschi Trucks Band, Bonnie Raitt, and other roots-influenced artists. As Dave Stella puts it, “ We like to think of it all as fun music.”
