Music at the Market Features Three Two Many
The Music at the Market concert series welcomes the clever and engaging sound of Three Two Many on Thursday, July 10, 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on the Commodore Schoolyard lawn at 140 E. Indiana Avenue in downtown Perrysburg. Bring a blanket or chair and settle in for a performance that promises humor, heart, and outstanding musicianship. Music at the Market is in the downtown DORA district.
Their name-Three Two Many- is a tongue-in-cheek nod to the fact that the band has four members, joking that even three might already be “too many.” But despite the ironic name, each member brings outstanding talent to the group’s unique sound.
The band features Josh Whitney on guitar, banjo, and vocals, a seasoned musician with deep roots in the local music scene.
Curt Wolf brings heartfelt songwriting and steady guitar work, adding warmth and depth to every song. Asa Danekind energizes the band with his multi-instrumental skills on guitar, F-style mandolin, percussion, and harmonica, seamlessly weaving textures that keep the sound fresh and layered. Mark Wilkerson completes the lineup with his bass and distinctive resonator bass guitar, laying down a metallic, resonant low end that perfectly grounds the band’s rich harmonies.
Their most recent recording is an EP, Pushing on the Pull Door, the title highlights their lyrical humor, the content displays teir excellent musicianship. Their live shows have earned them a dedicated following drawn to their immersive performances, seamless harmonies, and top-tier talent.
