Battle of Toledo Mountain Bike Race

The Northern Ohio Mountain Bike Series (NOMBS) will be stopping in Toledo August 31st with the "Battle of Toledo".  This is a USA Cycling (USAC) sanctioned race which will include racers competing for a series championship all the way to riders competing in their first race.  The race will take place at the Ottawa-Jermain Mountain Bike Trail, with the start/finish area at Ottawa Park near the Toledo Police Museum. All NOMBS races are held to raise money for local youth and/or trail organizations.  Money raised from The Battle of Toledo will go towards Toledo's k-12th grade mountain bike team The Black Swamp Riders, a program offered by The Right Direction youth development program (a 501c3 Charity).

Whether you wish to cheer some people on doing hard things, volunteer, or actually try a mountain bike race,  you should check out the Battle of Toledo.
