Port Clinton, OH — History comes roaring back to life this summer as the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation (AAHF) brings its legendary Living History Flight Experience to the Liberty Aviation Museum in Port Clinton, Ohio, on August 16th and 17th, 2025. Visitors will have the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to fly aboard an authentic UH-1 "Huey" or AH-1 "Cobra" helicopter, two of the most iconic aircraft of the Vietnam War era.
This highly anticipated return event invites guests to not just witness history—but to feel it. The thunder of rotor blades, the rush of wind, and the immersive ride in these legendary machines offer an unforgettable glimpse into the past.

Seats are limited and advance reservations are highly recommended. A limited number of walk-up tickets will be available each day, but pre-purchasing ensures your place aboard these historic helicopters.
