Miller Diversified is thrilled to announce a new acquisition for the Miller Investment Fund: a 20,530-square-foot industrial campus located just south of downtown Indianapolis in Bargersville, Indiana. This property includes both a fabrication warehouse and a storage facility, supporting active manufacturing operations.
The acquisition reflects the continued momentum of the Miller Investment Fund, an open-ended commercial real estate investment vehicle designed to yield steady, resilient returns to investors. CMS Mechanical, established in 1996, specializes in the installation of petroleum, oil, and lubricant (POL) systems for commercial and industrial clients. They also design and install mid-to-large-scale HVAC systems and process piping. CMS is especially known for its aviation fuel system work, serving clients such as FedEx and the U.S. military. Alongside its parent company, CMS has completed fuel-related infrastructure projects at over 100 military installations worldwide, totaling nearly $400 million in value.
