The Save the Youth Campaign was created to protect, uplift, and empower young people through mentorship, mental-health programs, scholarships, career-building opportunities, and community workshops. Through our connected organizations — Midwest Talent Awards and The New Me Foundation — we provide life-changing resources that many youth in our communities cannot access anywhere else.

Our mission is simple:
Give young people a safe, supportive, and inspiring place to grow.

Fundraising Goal

$250,000

These funds will allow us to:

  • Keep our Toledo, Ohio location open and fully operational

  • Expand programming for mental health support, mentoring, and scholarships

  • Support our projected expansion into Ohio, Michigan, Georgia, and Florida

  • Provide safe spaces, workshops, and youth development programs in underserved neighborhoods

  • Maintain staff, volunteers, and essential programming that cannot continue without funding

Core Message to the Public & Donors

Our organization is at a critical point. Despite outreach to local government, community partners, and businesses that traditionally support nonprofits, we have not received the assistance needed to sustain our programs.

Without urgent funding, we may be forced to close our doors in Toledo, Ohio — a city where hundreds of young people depend on our services every year.

We are asking the community, donors, partners, and supporters to stand with us so that we can:

  • Prevent program closure

  • Continue guiding youth who rely on mentorship and mental-health support

  • Provide scholarships and opportunities that change lives

  • Expand into four states to reach even more youth in need
