St. Patrick’s Day Celebration with the Hibernians at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns
A Joyful Celebration of Faith, Heritage, and Community
Toledo, Ohio – St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Catholic Church is proud to announce its Annual St.
Patrick’s Day Celebration in partnership with the Ancient Order of Hibernians. This beloved
parish tradition brings together faith, Irish heritage, and community spirit in a joyful celebration
honoring our patron saint.
The festivities will take place on Saturday, March 14. Parishioners, alumni, families, and
friends from across the Toledo community are invited to attend and participate in this vibrant
celebration of Catholic faith and Irish culture.
Guests will enjoy a full afternoon and evening of traditional Irish music, dance, and fellowship.
The entertainment schedule is as follows:
● Noon – 2:15 PM: To’aigh Sonas
● 2:30 – 3:15 PM: TFRD/TPD Pipes and Drums
● 3:30 – 4:15 PM: Molly’s Irish Dancers
● 4:30 – 5:20 PM: Joe & Nick
● 5:30 – 6:20 PM: The Burns Entertainment Group
● 6:30 – 7:00 PM: Men from the Bog
● 7:00 – 7:15 PM: Basket Drawing
● 7:15 – 8:45 PM: Men from the Bog
Members of the Hibernians will be present throughout the celebration, honoring the rich spiritual
and cultural legacy of Ireland and its enduring impact on the Catholic Church in the United
States.
St. Patrick’s Day at Heatherdowns is more than a cultural event—it is a witness to the missionary
spirit that shaped the Church in Ireland and beyond. The celebration brings together generations
in a shared expression of faith, heritage, and parish pride.
