Celebration at The Victory Center!
Toledo, OH – The Victory Center (TVC) invites the community to celebrate creativity, resilience, and connection at its Annual Survivor Art Showcase & 30th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
The event will take place at The Victory Center, with the Survivor Art Showcase open from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and a special 30th Anniversary program beginning at 1:00 PM.
Guests will have the opportunity to experience a moving collection of artwork created by TVC cancer survivors, highlighting the powerful role of art in healing and self-expression. Attendees can also enjoy refreshments, guided tours, the unveiling of a new mural, and historical displays honoring the organization’s 30-year impact.
The anniversary program will feature an official celebratory toast, a Founder’s Award presentation, and remarks from members of the Board of Directors.
“This event is a meaningful way to honor the incredible strength and creativity of our survivors,” said Lindsay Haynes, Program Director at The Victory Center. “It showcases the healing power of art while offering inspiration and hope to everyone whose life has been touched by cancer.”

Founded in 1996, The Victory Center provides support and education for individuals impacted by cancer, offering programs that address physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Services—including art therapy led by local art therapist Kayt Harden—are offered at no cost to participants, thanks to community support. All donations are fully tax-deductible.
