Crystal Bowersox to Kick Off Levis Commons America 250 Weekend with Free Concert

Northwest Ohio native and nationally acclaimed singer-songwriter Crystal Bowersox will launch the Levis Commons America 250 Weekend with a free outdoor concert on Friday, June 26, from 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. at Levis Commons Town Center in Perrysburg. Admission is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring a chair.

 Best known as the Season 9 runner-up on American Idol, Bowersox has built a successful career as a recording artist and performer while maintaining strong ties to her Northwest Ohio roots. She will be joined by an all-star lineup of regional musicians, including Bobby May, John Barile, Rob Desmond, and Wasim Hawary.

The concert serves as the opening event of a community celebration recognizing America's 250th anniversary. Weekend activities continue with the Run, White & Blue 2.50 Mile Race and Classic Car Show on Saturday.

The Levis Commons America 250 Weekend is presented by Brown & Brown, BluSky Restoration Contractors, the Perrysburg Rotary Community Foundation, Experience Perrysburg, and ProMedica.
