Not Fast Enuff Brings Six Decades of Music to Music at the Market
Music at the Market, presented by Laibe Electric Technology, continues Thursday, July 9, with Toledo-area band Not Fast Enuff performing from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on the Commodore lawn, 140 E. Indiana Avenue in downtown Perrysburg. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring a chair or blanket and enjoy an evening of live music in the heart of the city.
For more than a decade, Not Fast Enuff has impressed audiences throughout Northwest Ohio with a repertoire drawing from rock, pop, country, dance, and other genres, the band performs music ranging from classic favorites of the 1950s and 1960s to contemporary hits, offering something familiar for listeners of all ages.
One of the band's distinguishing features is its lineup of five vocalists. The group includes Melissa Toth and Michael Barlos on lead vocals, Terry Rice on keyboards and vocals, Scott Williams on lead guitar and vocals, Chad Singleton on bass and vocals, and Mike Toth on drums. The combination of multiple lead singers allows the band to perform music from a wide variety of artists and eras.
Melissa Toth brings extensive performance experience, including national touring productions in musical theater, while Michael Barlos is active in community theater and cabaret productions throughout the region. The musicians have become a familiar presence at festivals, community events, private functions, and venues across Northwest Ohio.
Music at the Market takes place in conjunction with the Perrysburg Farmers Market, giving visitors the opportunity to shop from local vendors before settling in for an evening of live music. The concert venue is located within Perrysburg's DORA district, allowing attendees to enjoy beverages purchased from participating restaurants during the performance. The Music at the Market series is presented by Laibe Electric Technology, with support from BluSky Restoration Contractors, Lakeside Interior Contractors, Chick-fil-A, and Experience Perrysburg.
