Danberry Realtors Expands Leadership Team with Three New Assistant Managers to Support Continued Growth
Agent count has grown over 35% over the past five years, prompting continued investment in leadership and support
Toledo, Ohio – July 15, 2026 – Danberry Realtors announced today it is strengthening its commitment to agent success and client service with the appointment of three new Assistant Managers: Nancy Brown and Tina Griffith in the Toledo office, and Tiffany Holdgreve in the Findlay office.
The promotions reflect Danberry’s continued investment in leadership and support as the company serves more than 385 agents across eight offices throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

With the addition of Brown, Griffith, and Holdgreve, Danberry now boasts a leadership team of 15 Managers and Brokers dedicated to supporting agents and ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout every stage of the real estate transaction.

Each of the three Assistant Managers brings a unique professional background and leadership perspective to the role - from business consulting and operations management to community leadership and regional real estate expertise:
- Nancy Brown joined Danberry over two years ago and quickly established herself as a trusted real estate professional known for her energy and dedication to clients. Prior to real estate, she owned her own benefits consulting business where she spent more than 15 years helping clients navigate complex needs and contracts. Her experience in negotiation, client service, and problem-solving has contributed to her success and made her a natural fit for a leadership role.
- Tina Griffith is celebrating nine years with Danberry and brings a unique combination of real estate expertise and leadership experience to her role. Prior to real estate, she spent 25 years in retail leadership, overseeing high-performing teams. During her career with Danberry, she has helped hundreds of clients, earning a reputation for exceptional service, strategic negotiation and building lasting relationships.
- Tiffany Holdgreve, who is celebrating six years with Danberry, brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the company’s culture and commitment to excellence. A longtime Findlay resident with more than 20 years of professional experience in Hancock County, Holdgreve has become a respected leader throughout the region. In addition to serving buyers and sellers, she currently serves as President of the Heartland Real Estate Association and is a graduate of the Hancock Leadership Class of 2024.
The appointments are part of Danberry’s ongoing commitment to providing agents with the tools, training, mentorship, and leadership support necessary to thrive in today’s real estate market.
