Maumee Valley Country Day School Students & UHA Toledo Host Free Community Health Fair on August 8
Local student leaders partner with Universal Health Aid to provide free medical screenings, dental consultations, warm meals, and family health resources to Toledo residents.
TOLEDO, Ohio — Student leaders from Maumee Valley Country Day School, in partnership with Universal Health Aid (UHA) Toledo, will host a Free Health Fair on Saturday, August 8, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Riverside Elementary School (500 Chicago St, Toledo, OH 43611).
Designed to address local health disparities and make essential care accessible to all community members, the event offers a wide range of free health, wellness, and personal care services with no insurance or pre-registration required.
Free services provided at the event include:

Preventative Medical Care: Sports physicals, wellness checks, and vision tests

Consultations & Wellness: Professional dental consultations and mental health resources

Personal Care & Community Support: Free haircuts, menstrual products, and warm meals for attendees
"Our goal is to remove barriers to basic healthcare and support our neighbors directly in the community," said Jenna Ridi, a student organizer from Maumee Valley Country Day School. "Through our partnership with UHA Toledo and local community sponsors, we’re proud to bring these essential services together under one roof, completely free of charge."
