Feldbauer Named President of Shrader Tire & Oil
TOLEDO, Ohio — August, 2026 — Shrader Tire & Oil (STO) announced today that Bob Feldbauer has been named President of the company, effective August 1, 2026. Feldbauer will serve as both President and Chief Operating Officer, while Joe Shrader continues as Chief Executive Officer.
Feldbauer joined Shrader Tire & Oil in January 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 29 years of tire industry experience. He previously spent 13.5 years as President and CEO of Jack's Tire & Oil, Inc. in Logan, Utah, and 14 years in various sales, training, and leadership roles at Michelin North America.
In his expanded role, Feldbauer will continue overseeing day-to-day operations across STO's 14 fleet locations while also leading external strategy, including market positioning, strategic partnerships, and revenue growth initiatives. Joe Shrader remains focused on the company's long-term vision and strategic direction.
Shrader Tire & Oil is led by the third generation, with the fourth generation already serving in key roles. Feldbauer's promotion reflects the strength of that family culture, guided by the same Mission, Vision, and Core Values that have shaped the company since its founding in 1948.
