ProMedica Promotes Wellness Through Free Community Yoga Event
SYLVANIA, Ohio, Sept. 10, 2026 – ProMedica invites community members to participate in a free outdoor yoga class on Saturday, Sept. 26, on the ProMedica Flower Hospital campus.
The event, to be held near the hospital's center pond, reflects ProMedica's Healthier Happens Here promise by making wellness opportunities accessible to the community and encouraging healthy habits that support physical and mental well-being. Open to people of all ages and fitness levels, the class offers an opportunity to enjoy movement, relaxation and connection in an outdoor setting. An instructor from ProMedica ForeverFit, a medically integrated fitness center, will lead the class.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with Mojo from iHeartMedia's Mojo in the Morning, who will host the event and offer a variety of giveaways throughout the morning.
Participants should bring a yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing. Advance registration is required.
